If you live in the northern hemisphere, this time of year is the time to start thinking about next season and using the winter months to begin building towards your goals. Having objectives in your mind will help you to plan your time effectively and gradually add the training load as the months go by. In a nutshell - work out a goal, find out what you need to achieve it, make sure to factor in rest and bring a buddy along for the ride if you can!
